At Home I Pee IN The Toilet, Not On It

Wife does not like urine on the rim of the toilet. We keep our toilets super clean. Sanitary wipes, frequent sponging, Pine-sol, Lysol, cleaned and recleaned. Our toilets are conveniently located next to bathtubs and/or counters, so I have no problem kneeling on one knee next to them and peeing in the toilets instead of standing in front of them and splattering on the rims. If I’m in pajamas (a pair of old gym shorts) or sweat pants, I just sit down. I like the cleaner toilets, too: less stink, and less cringe when I see or touch them. Of course we keep the floors clean and piss-splatter free, too.

Do your wife, your kids, your guests, and yourself a favor and pee IN the toilet. It really isn't that big of an adjustment to make.

Watch Out For Urinals, Too

I know men can get sexually transmitted diseases from inadvertently touching contaminated toilet seats, because it happened to me. Recently, I happened to accidentally touch the upper member of a urinal. It shocked me for a moment. I peed quickly and washed myself. That area of the urinal appeared clean, and I doubt any contamination, but surprise!, you've got to watch yourself.
